Refund And Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

If the order is canceled, do so before sending it. Shipping and cash on delivery fees will not be refunded after sending the order.

To cancel an order, please follow the following:

  • Go to your orders and cancel the order

Returns

We have a customer friendly return policy and we accept returns within 24 hours of shipping for any reason. However, if the product is lost and the product is damaged, you must notify us within 12 hours.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must not be used and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable. We do not accept partial returns of products sold at the time of sale. If you receive something wrong, we will send a replacement.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return item. We will also notify you if your return is approved or declined.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the specified number of days. In the case of cash on delivery, refunds will be transferred to your bank accounts.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Please contact the company that issued your credit card, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially sent.

Then contact your bank. It will always take several hours to process a refund.
